Food and Beverage Assistant Server/Busser

Responsibilities

• Aid servers with customer service needs
• Maintain the cleanliness of the dining area
• Absorb and break down tables as needed
• Provide excellent customer service to all guests
• Ensure all food, condiments, and other Grill Room products are thoroughly prepared and stocked
• Pick up clean linens and dispose of dirty laundry daily

Requirements

• Customer service experience required
• Ability to work in a high-volume environment
• Flexible hours, including evenings, holidays, and weekends
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Fast-paced environment skills required
• Positive attitude and team player
