Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in sales, guest services, or a wellness-focused environment
• Previous experience in membership sales is required
• Natural ability to connect, listen, and inspire trust
• Proficient with basic computer software and quick to learn new systems
• Fast learner with a positive and energetic demeanor
• Strong critical thinking skills, especially in resolving customer conflicts
• Thrives in collaborative team settings

Qualifications:

• Passionate and purpose-driven
• Expert communication skills
• Lead personalized consultations to understand each guest's wellness goals
• Promote the therapeutic/wellness benefits of massage therapy, skin therapy, and wellness therapies
• Support daily Retreat operations including check-in, transitions, and front desk excellence
• Excellent phone etiquette with an upbeat tone and strong articulation
• Collaborate with therapists and team members to ensure a seamless, elevated experience
