About the role

We are hiring for an Experienced Folder Gluer Operator with expertise in machine setup, troubleshooting, quality inspections, and high-volume packaging production in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate and set up folder-gluer equipment to produce high-quality folding cartons and packaging products according to customer specifications.
• Troubleshoot machine setup, feeder, glue, and folding issues to maximize uptime, efficiency, and production output.
• Monitor quality standards, complete production documentation, perform inspections, and ensure compliance with work instructions and SOPs.
• Maintain production goals by meeting setup times, run speeds, and delivery schedules while working safely in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Requirements

• 2+ years of folder-gluer, bindery, packaging, printing, or related machine operation experience.
• Experience with quality inspections, production reporting, and manufacturing documentation.
• Ability to read measuring tools and work with tight tolerances.
• Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Flexible to work overtime and additional shifts as needed.
