FOH Restaurant Manager

About the role

Responsible for managing the front of house operations at Ian’s Pizza Verona, including greeting customers, managing staff, and ensuring a high level of customer service.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat customers promptly
• Manage and train staff in customer service and food preparation
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the dining area
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently
• Contribute to the overall success of the restaurant

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a fast-paced service environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (for deliveries)

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
