FOH Manager

About the role

The FOH Manager will work with the General Manager, serving in a hands-on capacity to ensure that operations run smoothly and that guests have a pleasant and memorable dining experience. They will work as shift leader, helping to organize and delegate tasks. He/she will fill in to perform staff positions as necessary and support all FOH staff in providing exceptional customer service. The FOH Manager will also coordinate banquets and events, to include oversight of set up, service, billing, and clean up.

Responsibilities

• Cook up to 200 meals per day
• Coordinate banquets and events, including oversight of set up, service, billing, and clean up

Requirements

• 1 year of Food and Beverage experience, and/or banquet experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to obtain a TAPs card and Food Handler Permit
• Flexible days, nights and weekends
