About the role

The Cashier is an integral part of our BBQrew and plays an essential role in the success of the guest dining experience at Phil’s BBQ. A great cashier shows a true passion for perfection in hospitality, guest service, and doing things “Phil’s Way.” He or she is an individual who embodies a true commitment to the development of our loyal “fans” through dedication to legendary customer service.

Responsibilities

• Take food orders and collect payment
• Educate customers on menu items and the ordering process
• Fulfill and expedite food orders
• “Bag” takeout orders
