We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections if posting has real specific content. We need to extract content. Job title: Foam Process Engineer (From Chemistry to Quality-Engineer What’s Possible!). Not to repeat as heading. Location: Morgantown, PA – maybe include in About the role? Could be part of About the role paragraph. We need sections: About the role (summary), Responsibilities (list), Requirements (maybe education/experience), Qualifications (maybe similar), Skills (maybe technical), Benefits (list), Pay (if mentioned), Schedule (if mentioned). The posting mentions "Competitive pay and full benefits package". No specific pay amount, so we should NOT create Pay section because it's not specific (just "competitive pay" is vague). The instruction: never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. Benefits: they list benefits: medical, dental, vision, life, 401(k) with company match, tuition reimbursement, leadership development, paid holidays and vacation time, exclusive discounts on footwear, eyewear, safety gear. That's specific enough to create Benefits section. Schedule: not mentioned (no shift info). So omit Schedule. Pay: not specific; omit. Now we need to decide sections: About the role (summary), Responsibilities (list), Requirements (maybe education & experience), Qualifications (maybe foam process expertise etc), Skills (maybe data & problem solving, equipment & controls, etc). However we must avoid duplication. The posting has sections: "What a Day in Your Life Looks Like:" which is responsibilities. Then "What You Bring to the Table:" includes Education & Experience, Foam Process Expertise, Polyurethane Knowledge, Equipment & Controls, Data & Problem Solving, Manufacturing Experience, Systems & Technology, Travel, Physical Requirements. That could be split into Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. But we need to follow instruction: Use headings for section headings (About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). We should include only those with real content. We have About the role: we can write a brief paragraph summarizing role impact. Responsibilities: list from "What a Day in Your Life Looks Like:" bullet points. Requirements: maybe education & experience (Bachelor's degree preferred, equivalent considered). Also maybe travel ability? But travel is more a requirement. Could include under Requirements. Qualifications: maybe foam process expertise, polyurethane knowledge, equipment & controls, data & problem solving, manufacturing experience, systems & technology. Could be considered qualifications. Skills: maybe technical skills like proficiency with Microsoft Office, manufacturing data systems, root cause analysis, statistical methods, etc. But there may be overlap. We need to avoid filler. Ensure we preserve all substantive information. Let's extract details. From posting: Location: Morgantown, PA Impact: Put your process expertise to work where it makes an impact. As a Foam Process Engineer, you’ll optimize polyurethane foam production processes, troubleshoot equipment and material challenges, and use data to drive improvements in quality, consistency, safety, and productivity. Working hands-on with resin and isocyanate systems, you’ll partner across Manufacturing, Quality, and Engineering to solve problems and continuously improve performance. Responsibilities (What a Day in Your Life Looks Like): - Process Control: Monitor and optimize polyurethane foam dispensing and mixing processes, including resin/isocyanate ratios, temperatures, pressures, flow rates, and shot weights. - Equipment Performance: Audit foam processing equipment, troubleshoot issues with Maintenance, and establish preventive maintenance and calibration standards. - Quality Assurance: Ensure foam meets established density, adhesion, dimensional stability, fill, and performance requirements. - Root Cause & CAPA: Investigate foam defects-including voids, shrinkage, adhesion, density, fill, and delamination issues-and implement effective corrective and preventive actions. - Process Optimization: Improve formulations, application methods, and process parameters to increase yield, material utilization, cycle time, scrap performance, and process capability. - Data & Validation: Analyze production and quality trends, conduct capability studies, and support process validation activities. - Materials & Suppliers: Partner with suppliers to evaluate raw material performance, resolve resin and isocyanate issues, and qualify new chemicals, suppliers, and equipment. - New Product Support: Provide foam process expertise for new product development, trials, and manufacturing implementation. - Documentation & Compliance: Maintain SOPs, work instructions, control plans, specifications, and quality records while ensuring compliance with chemical-handling and EHS requirements. - Technical Leadership: Serve as the polyurethane foam subject matter expert, providing hands-on troubleshooting, training, and technical support to Production, Maintenance, and Engineering teams. What You Bring to the Table: - Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Materials Engineering, or a related technical field preferred; equivalent education and relevant experience considered. - Foam Process Expertise: 5+ years of experience with polyurethane foam systems, chemical processing, or automated dispensing equipment preferred. - Polyurethane Knowledge: Understanding of polyurethane chemistry, resin/isocyanate systems, and foam manufacturing processes. - Equipment & Controls: Experience with meter-mix-dispense systems, PLC-controlled equipment, and process monitoring, including troubleshooting mixing and dispensing systems. - Data & Problem Solving: Ability to analyze process data, apply statistical methods, and use root cause analysis to solve manufacturing challenges. - Manufacturing Experience: Experience in transportation, automotive, construction products, refrigeration, or a similar manufacturing environment preferred. - Systems & Technology: Proficiency with Microsoft Office and manufacturing data systems. - Travel: Ability to travel approximately 50% across manufacturing locations in the U.S. and Canada. - Physical Requirements: Work in an active manufacturing plant environment where hands-on tasks keep you engaged! This role requires working in a non-climate-controlled setting, with regular talking and listening. You’ll frequently stand, walk, and use your hands to handle, feel, and reach as you complete your daily duties with precision. Occasionally lifting up to 25 lbs. Why Morgan? (company description) - we can include in About the role maybe. Benefits: Competitive pay and full benefits package (medical, dental, vision, life)- your health matters; 401(k) with company match - because your future matters; Tuition reimbursement and leadership development to boost your career; Paid holidays and vacation time - we know balance is key; Exclusive discounts on footwear, eyewear, and safety gear- because we care about your safety. We should not include "Competitive pay" as a benefit? It's part of benefits package but we already decided not to create Pay section. However we can mention competitive pay within Benefits section? The instruction: never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. Benefits section is allowed because they state benefits. Within that we can include competitive pay as part of benefits description. But we should avoid creating a separate Pay section. So we can include "Competitive pay" inside Benefits
items. Now we need to output HTML fragment only, no /. Use

    for section headings. Use
    • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. We need to decide which content goes into which section. About the role: Could include location, impact summary, maybe company description. Let's craft a paragraph: "Located in Morgantown, PA, the Foam Process Engineer will optimize polyurethane foam production processes, troubleshoot equipment and material challenges, and use data to drive improvements in quality, consistency, safety, and productivity. Working hands‑on with resin and isocyanate systems, the role partners across Manufacturing, Quality, and Engineering to solve problems and continuously improve performance." Also maybe include Morgan Truck Body description? Could be part of About the role but not required. Might be considered filler? It's substantive about company. Could include a short paragraph: "Morgan Truck Body, with over 70 years leading the truck body industry, builds everything from electric vehicles to custom refrigerated units with passion and precision." That's from posting. It's substantive. We'll include. Responsibilities: list from the "What a Day in Your Life Looks Like:" bullet points. Requirements: Education & Experience (Bachelor's degree preferred, equivalent considered). Also Travel? Physical Requirements? Might be better under Requirements. But we also have Qualifications and Skills sections. We need to avoid duplication. Let's map: - Requirements: Education & Experience, Travel ability, Physical Requirements (maybe). Could also include Manufacturing Experience? But that's more qualification. - Qualifications: Foam Process Expertise, Polyurethane Knowledge, Equipment & Controls, Data & Problem Solving, Manufacturing Experience, Systems & Technology. - Skills: maybe technical skills like proficiency with Microsoft Office, manufacturing data systems, root cause analysis, statistical methods, etc. However those are already in Qualifications. To avoid thin sections, maybe we combine Qualifications and Skills? But instruction: prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we could have only About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Benefits. That's five sections. That's fine. We'll omit Skills if it would be thin. However we have data & problem solving etc which could be under Qualifications. Let's see if we can cover all. We need to ensure we preserve all substantive information. Let's list all items: From Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Materials Engineering, or related technical field preferred; equivalent education and relevant experience considered. Foam Process Expertise: 5+ years experience with polyurethane foam systems, chemical processing, or automated dispensing equipment preferred. Polyurethane Knowledge: Understanding of polyurethane chemistry, resin/isocyanate systems, and foam manufacturing processes. Equipment & Controls: Experience with meter-mix-dispense systems, PLC-controlled equipment, and process monitoring, including troubleshooting mixing and dispensing systems. Data & Problem Solving: Ability to analyze process data, apply statistical methods, and use root cause analysis to solve manufacturing challenges. Manufacturing Experience: Experience in transportation, automotive, construction products, refrigeration, or a similar manufacturing environment preferred. Systems & Technology: Proficiency with Microsoft Office and manufacturing data systems. Travel: Ability to travel approximately 50% across manufacturing locations in the U.S. and Canada. Physical Requirements: Work in an active manufacturing plant environment where hands-on tasks keep you engaged! This role requires working in a non-climate-controlled setting, with regular talking and listening. You’ll frequently stand, walk, and use your hands to handle, feel, and reach as you complete your daily duties with precision. Occasionally lifting up to 25 lbs. We could put Education & Experience, Travel, Physical Requirements under Requirements. The rest under Qualifications. Now Benefits: list items. Now we need to ensure we don't include any boilerplate like EEO etc. We'll omit. Now produce HTML. Structure:

      About the role

      ...

      Responsibilities

      • ...
      • ...

      Requirements

      • ...
      • ...

      Qualifications

      • ...
      • ...

      Benefits

      • ...
      • ...
Make sure not to include empty sections. Now craft the prose for About the role. Let's write: Located in Morgantown, PA, the Foam Process Engineer will optimize polyurethane foam production processes, troubleshoot equipment and material challenges, and use data to drive improvements in quality, consistency, safety, and productivity. Working hands‑on with resin and isocyanate systems, the role partners across Manufacturing, Quality, and Engineering to solve problems and continuously improve performance. Morgan Truck Body, with over 70 years leading the truck body industry, builds everything from electric vehicles to custom refrigerated units with passion and precision. That seems good. Now Responsibilities list each bullet from "What a Day in Your Life Looks Like:" exactly as given but maybe shorten? We must preserve all substantive information; we can keep the phrasing. Let's list: - Monitor and optimize polyurethane foam dispensing and mixing processes, including resin/isocyanate ratios, temperatures, pressures, flow
