About the role

The OE Foam Filling position is a fast-paced, constantly on-the-move role utilizing modern computerized technology to pump foam mixture into the cavity of Off the Road (OTR) tire assemblies.

Responsibilities

• Foaming equipment start up, shut down, operations, and clean-up for the following: Belt Drive Foam Filling Machine, Green Machine Foam Filling Machine, and Graco Pump
• Simple programming of Trio-Fill Machines
• Follow established Pomp's work instructions to ensure proper foam mix and pressurization
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area
• Other duties as assigned by manager/supervisor

Requirements

• Basic tire knowledge helpful
• Positive attitude, self-motivated
• Reading comprehension skills
• Willingness to work within other facility areas if/as needed
• Ability to work overtime as needed

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift, pull, or push 50 pounds frequently and 100 pounds occasionally
• Ability to bend, stretch, lift, push, pull, and reach without difficulty
• Ability to kneel, bend over, and bend back
• Standing continuously throughout the shift
• Must be tolerable to required PPE (face shield, apron, protective sleeves, and rubber gloves)
