About the role
Fenix Group SPC in Minnetonka, MN is seeking to hire a full-time Production Associate to help us prepare and fill cartridges of coating products. At Fenix Group, our mission is to transform, enhance, and protect surfaces. We manufacture specialty paints and coatings for a variety of OEM and contractor markets across our three nationwide locations. Just like how the Phoenix rebirths out of the ashes larger and more powerful each time, we are undergoing a transformation to improve our processes and procedures, implement automation and technology, and create efficiencies throughout our operations. Responsibilities
- Assemble and fill cartridges utilizing automated machinery.
- Use a forklift to transport materials.
- Communicate the status of orders.
- Follow company processes for verification of incoming and outgoing shipments, handling and disposition of materials, and keeping cartridge inventory count.
- Assist the labeling/packaging department as time permits.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Be able to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
Qualifications
- Previous production or manufacturing experience.
- On‑site training provided on processes and procedures.

Schedule
Full-time position, Monday through Friday 7:00am‑3:30pm with a half‑hour lunch, plus two paid breaks daily.
