Kemper is one of the nation’s leading specialized insurers, seeking a Bilingual Claims Customer Service – Initial Loss professional to serve as the first point of contact for customers at our Henderson, NV office. This role focuses on delivering an exceptional customer experience and initiating the claims handling process. No prior insurance experience is required—we provide a paid, state-of-the-art training program to prepare you for success.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior and responsive customer service in a call center environment.
• Receive incoming calls from customers regarding claims.
• Enter information into the claims system and initiate the claims handling process.
• Answer customer questions, provide information when possible, and direct requests to appropriate departments as needed.

Requirements

• 1 year of customer service or call center experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Excellent telephone etiquette and planning/organizational skills.
• Typing skills of 25 WPM with 95% accuracy.
• Must be bilingual in Spanish and English.

Pay

The salary range for this position is $33,800–$56,700.
