FN Hospitality Assistant-Food Services-FT

About the role

The Hospitality Assistant is responsible for delivering and retrieving patient meal trays, providing individualized assistance to each patient, and participating in Hospitality Rounds and nourishment services.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum of two years in food service required with health care experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills required.
• Knowledgeable of and able to follow the standards of federal, state and regulatory agencies and JCAHO for sanitation, food preparation and handling.
• Able to properly identify patients and maintain confidentiality.
