About the role

Technical Stores Responsibilities

• Maintain suitable conditions for stored materials.
• Support controls related to shelf life, engineering standards, test equipment and stores inspection procedures.
• Check and verify materials and stamp approval on labels according to company procedures.

Aircraft Spare Parts Compliance

• Ensure that aircraft spares received by the stores conform to the relevant approval standards laid down by CAA, FAA and GCAA, as well as flydubai's internal procedures.

Discrepancy Reporting

• Identify and report discrepancies in received materials.
• Prepare discrepancy reports for situations involving: Incorrect parts, Excess quantities, Short supply, Other identified discrepancies.
• Communicate relevant issues to the concerned teams and follow up appropriately.

Information Security Responsibilities

• Read and follow flydubai’s ISR policies.
• Report weaknesses or incidents to the respective Line Manager or Information Security team.
• Complete required ISR awareness sessions.
• Follow associated information security guidelines during daily work.
