Fluidcare Technician II - 2nd Shift
Position Summary
As a Manufacturing Process Technician, you will work alongside experienced professionals to maintain manufacturing fluids and chemical systems that are critical to automotive production. This role provides hands-on experience in industrial chemistry, manufacturing processes, quality control, preventive maintenance, environmental compliance, process troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.
Primary Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain industrial fluid systems throughout the manufacturing facility.
- Perform routine chemical testing and record operating data.
- Add and adjust coolants, lubricants, cleaners, and other process chemicals.
- Assist with preventive maintenance on fluid delivery systems and related equipment.
- Collect samples and perform basic laboratory testing.
- Troubleshoot equipment and process issues with support from experienced technicians.
- Maintain laboratory equipment and testing instruments.
- Support waste management and environmental compliance programs.
- Maintain organized work areas and accurate documentation.
- Support continuous improvement projects.
- Safely operate industrial equipment including pumps, filtration systems, forklifts (training available), and related equipment.
- Work closely with manufacturing, maintenance, engineering, and quality teams.

Physical Requirements
- Lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
