Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain equipment for flowback operations
- Maintain monitoring of flowback processes to ensure efficiency and safety
- Resolve equipment issues and perform necessary repairs
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations
- Serve as the primary company representative on-site for well test operations
- Ensure accurate data gathering and reporting to customers
- Manage field operations, equipment, and services as the primary company representative on-site
- Responsible for HSE procedures and documentation on site for overall well test operations
- Responsible for maintaining daily communication with Operations Manager when not on vacation or days off
- Work long shifts, typically 12 hours on site
- Travel extensively both within and outside the area
- Occasionally stay away from home in motels or camps
- Communicate directly with other crew members and customer representatives
- Train and ensure safety of all Trilogy staff on the job site
- Perform regular inspections, inventory, and function and pressure testing
- Record all repairs and maintenance accurately in the field and back at the shop
- Communicate directly with Operations Supervisors and Managers or applicable Management
Requirements
- 4+ years of inland flowback/well testing experience or 7+ years of offshore experience
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- High school diploma or GED
- General oilfield experience acceptable as an offset to minimal education
- Able to travel for extended periods and be on call 24/7
- Valid H2S, WHIMS, TDG certifications
- First Aid certification preferred
Qualifications
- Physical requirements include lifting up to 75 pounds frequently and anything above 75 pounds requiring mechanical assistance or a team lift
- Requires pushing and pulling, bending, standing, kneeling, carrying, sitting, and climbing for extended periods each shift
- Must be able to swing a sledgehammer repeatedly
- Exposure to moderate to loud noise levels and exposure to warm, hot, and cold temperatures

Experience
- Flowback/Well Testing or Production: 3-4 years
