Flow Line Technician - First Shift

Responsibilities
- Set up and operate machines and related equipment where programs, fixtures, and methods have been developed.
- Perform all work in a safe manner, using appropriate PPE and following safety guidelines for the assigned task.
- Run all presses 2-ton to 100-ton.
- Meet all standards on all operation’s sheets.
- Perform visual inspection while running presses.
- Inspect work for all dimensional features as required per standard work.
- Produce quality and quantity of work in accordance with Company requirements.
- Keep a neat and clean work area at all times.
- Manage all routing paperwork while running a job.
- Follow all applicable AS9100 procedures.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to understand and follow instructions in English.
- Ability to understand and interpret blueprints and sketches.
- Demonstrated mechanical ability.
- Authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis without sponsorship now or in the future.
- Ability to perform work subject to ITAR/EAR regulations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Two years of work experience as a CNC operator.
Working Conditions
- Requires mobility in a manufacturing plant environment while using Personal Protective Equipment.
- Must be able to frequently sit, stand, and walk.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 15 pounds.
- Must be able to have prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
