- Deburr, Countersink, ReamMarking, AssemblyBending, Blanking, Forming
- Inspect own work using basic inspection equipment and quick-check gaging
- Use Kaizen to flow parts and drive down costs
- Responsible for accurately completing paperwork relating to counts, scrap, time according to Company policy
Location
This is a full-time role 7:00 am to 3:30 PM Monday through Friday with occasional weekends.

Required Qualifications
- A High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis without sponsorship now or in the future
- Able to perform work subject to ITAR/EAR regulations
Preferred Qualifications
- Able to stay on task during required hours
- Self-motivated and dependable
- Enthusiasm to learn about and participate in Kaizen and single piece flow
Working Conditions
- Requires mobility in a manufacturing plant environment while using Personal Protective Equipment
- Frequent sitting, standing, and walking
- Lifting and carrying up to 15 pounds
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Travel between locations or to suppliers up to 25% of time
