Flow Controller BHN 7PM-5:30AM

Provides customer service assistance and manages incoming shipments. Compares identifying information and counts, weighs, or measures items of incoming and outgoing shipments to verify information against bills of lading, invoices, orders, or other records.

Responsibilities

• Set daily delivery processes
• Process incoming shipments
• Process completed shipments
• Resolve issues with shipping and/or receiving with internal teams
• File paperwork
• Follow corporate and site-specific Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and report noncompliance when observed
• Observe all company safety rules and assist in enforcement as needed
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED; or equivalent combination of experience and 3 months of verifiable customer service experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Outstanding computer and data entry skills
• Ability to effectively multi-task

Pay

Base pay: $19.00 per hour. Shift differential: $2.00 per hour.
