Florida-Licensed Outpatient Therapist (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT)
About the role
IPS is seeking a Florida-licensed master's-level therapist (LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT) to join our outpatient telehealth practice serving Florida patients. This is a part-time or full-time opportunity with a starting caseload of approximately 10–20 patients per week, depending on your availability and licensure. You will provide individual therapy in a structured outpatient setting with full administrative, scheduling, and billing support — so you can focus on the clinical work.
The core qualities we look for include high ethical standards, the ability to operate independently, and a genuine commitment to quality patient care. This is an ideal role for a clinician who wants the autonomy of a private practice with the infrastructure of an established group.

- Develop and manage treatment plans tailored to patient goals (anxiety, depression, trauma, adjustment, life transitions, and other behavioral health needs)
- Document clearly and concisely in the electronic health record
- Maintain continuity of care and monitor clinical progress over time
- Collaborate with IPS providers and referral partners to coordinate care
- Participate in peer consultation as needed
Qualifications
- Active Florida license as an LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT (in good standing)
- Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related mental health field
- 2+ years of outpatient experience preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfort working independently in a telehealth environment
- Proficiency with EHR systems and Google Workspace
- Commitment to ethical, patient-centered care
