About the role

The Little Saint Nick Foundation (LSNF) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to bringing comfort and joy to children facing medical challenges. As a volunteer, you will contribute to various initiatives, including packing and distributing St. Nick Gift Bags, organizing community events, and supporting fundraising efforts.

Responsibilities

• Assist in packing St. Nick Gift Bags for children in hospitals and care facilities.
• Participate in community events, such as Noodles & Networking, supply drives, and fundraising activities.
• Collaborate with local schools, businesses, and organizations to expand the foundation’s reach.
• Support partnerships with hospitals, such as Nicklaus Children’s Hospital, Ronald McDonald House, and others.
• Engage in volunteer-driven initiatives, including packing events, grant distributions, and awareness campaigns.
• Help organize and execute special events, such as Valentine’s Day gift distributions and holiday-themed activities.

Qualifications

• Passion for supporting children and families facing medical challenges.
• Willingness to participate in hands-on activities, such as packing gift bags and organizing supplies.
• Ability to work collaboratively with volunteers, community partners, and foundation leadership.
• Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for engaging with diverse groups.
• Flexibility to assist with events and initiatives as needed, including evenings or weekends.
