Floral Merchandiser - Hayward

Wage

• $20.00-$22.00/hr. with mileage reimbursement for all business-related travel to and from stores.

Location

• Marketplace in Hayward, Wisconsin.
• Applicants MUST be within at least 15-20 miles radius of Hayward, Wisconsin.

Responsibilities

Bring our high-quality flowers and plants to life through beautiful in-store displays at retail locations. Product will be delivered ahead of time from our warehouse—you’ll arrive ready to work your magic and make the displays shine!

Requirements

• Able to create visually appealing color groupings for displays.
• Loves working with customers.
• Able to lift and push and pull up to 30 pounds.
• Valid drivers license.

Qualifications

• Self-directed and independent work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to adjust schedule based on both personal needs and store demands.
• Dependable and adaptable to shifts in business needs.

Schedule & Flexibility

• Flexible start times, with most merchandisers beginning their day around 10:00 AM.
• Part Time: Must be available Monday, Tuesday, Friday.
• Each store takes around 1-2 hours to complete.
