About the role
Responsible for enhancing store aesthetics and ensuring product placement aligns with brand standards.
Responsibilities
- Assess store layout and product placement to ensure optimal customer flow and visibility.
- Collaborate with store management to implement new product displays and promotions.
- Ensure all products are displayed in compliance with company policies and safety guidelines.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on latest merchandising techniques and trends.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of retail experience preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with point-of-sale systems.
- Knowledge of retail merchandising principles.
