About the role

Responsible for enhancing store aesthetics and ensuring product placement aligns with brand standards.

Responsibilities

  • Assess store layout and product placement to ensure optimal customer flow and visibility.
  • Collaborate with store management to implement new product displays and promotions.
  • Ensure all products are displayed in compliance with company policies and safety guidelines.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on latest merchandising techniques and trends.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of retail experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with point-of-sale systems.
  • Knowledge of retail merchandising principles.

Skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
  • Basic computer skills including data entry and report generation.
