Floral Designer

About the Role

As a Floral Designer, no two days are ever the same. Customers walk in with dreams—visions of romance, celebration, or heartfelt remembrance—and you bring those visions to life. With creativity and care, you design stunning arrangements using your knowledge of floral seasonality and perishability. You maintain clean, organized workspaces and displays, replenish inventory, and ensure every stem and ribbon is perfectly placed. You’ll also lift and move floral products and supplies, often up to 40 lbs., and work with helium tanks and other tools of the trade.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clean, organized workspaces and displays
• Replenish inventory and manage supplies
• Lift and move floral products and supplies (up to 40 lbs.)
• Use floral tools, helium tanks, and point-of-sale systems
• Collaborate with team members in a positive environment

Requirements

• Experience in floral arrangement and design
• Strong creative eye and attention to detail
• Knowledge of floral perishability, seasonality, and care requirements
• Ability to engage with customers and translate their ideas into arrangements
• Capability to lift up to 40 lbs. with or without accommodation
• Familiarity with floral tools, helium tanks, and basic point-of-sale systems
• Willingness to stand and move throughout the day
