Fulshear Floral Design is looking for a creative, dependable, and passionate floral designer to join our growing team. We are searching for someone who loves working with flowers, takes pride in creating beautiful designs, and understands the importance of exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced creative environment and eager to grow in the floral industry.

Responsibilities

• Design everyday arrangements, sympathy flowers, weddings, events, and holiday pieces
• Process fresh flowers
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Assist customers
• Prepare deliveries
• Help with the daily operations of a busy flower shop

Requirements

• Floral design experience is preferred, but we are open to training the right person
• Strong work ethic and great attitude
• Positive, hardworking, and willing to learn
