QuestMark is hiring experienced Flooring Service Foremen in the Greater Pittsburgh, PA area. Experience in Epoxy, Resinous, and Concrete Polishing is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Repair and maintain polished concrete and epoxy flooring systems
- Diagnose floor issues and identify safety hazards
- Clean and sanitize commercial, industrial, and retail properties
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Use equipment and materials correctly
- Meet and exceed production targets
- Supervise flooring maintenance crews
Requirements
- Experience in Epoxy, Resinous, or Concrete Polishing (preferred)
- Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Must pass a respirator medical evaluation and fit test
