Flooring Category Manager

Position Overview

As a Flooring Category Manager, you will oversee all hard and soft surface lines (LVP, tile, carpet, pad) within our ERP system. Your key responsibilities include owning the financial performance of the flooring category, possessing deep technical expertise on flooring materials, installation, and vendor capabilities, negotiating aggressively with manufacturers for optimal terms, and managing inventory vigilantly to prevent mismatches, damaged stock, or abandoned orders. You serve as the strategic stakeholder ensuring product accuracy from procurement to installation, balancing vendor relationships, data integrity, and operational efficiency.
