Flooring Associate

About the role

We are seeking a high-energy, versatile Flooring Associate who can seamlessly transition between a high-performing retail sales professional and a hands-on warehouse operator. In this role, you will be the face of our showroom—helping homeowners and contractors select the perfect products—while also managing the physical inventory.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary showroom contact, assisting homeowners and contractors with product selection
• Manage physical inventory and warehouse operations
• Load orders and move heavy products as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized showroom and warehouse environment

Requirements

• Strong seller's mindset with a drive to close sales
• Outstanding customer service skills
• Willingness and ability to perform physical warehouse tasks including loading, unloading, and moving heavy flooring materials
• Ability to transition fluidly between customer-facing sales and hands-on operational work
