About the role
The Floor Technician assists the Building Services Supervisor in maintaining the cleanliness and condition of floors, stairs, and other related areas in accordance with established standards.
Responsibilities
- Maintain floors, stairs, and other related areas in accordance with established standards.
- Perform cleaning tasks including vacuuming, mopping, and dusting.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and follow all health and safety guidelines.
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of cleaning supplies and equipment.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred; relevant experience in lieu of High School Diploma/GED education will be considered.
- Two (2) years of housekeeping and floor care experience in the medical or professional office setting is preferred.
Skills
- Read, write and speak English.
- Computer skills.
- Ability to work with numbers.
