Floor Technician - FT

About the role

Joining STG International, Inc., you will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to innovation and excellence in the field of international logistics. We are seeking an experienced Logistics Coordinator to manage our day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth supply chain management and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory levels and ensure timely delivery of goods to customers
• Handle inbound and outbound shipments, coordinating with carriers and suppliers
• Process purchase orders and track order status
• Prepare shipping documents and manage customs clearance procedures
• Communicate with clients to resolve issues and provide updates on shipments
• Monitor and maintain warehouse inventory and storage areas

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook
• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Knowledge of international trade regulations and compliance
• Experience with freight forwarding and transportation management systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Fluency in English

Pay

The salary range for this position is $50,000 - $60,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
