Floor Technician - Custodian

Responsibilities

• Perform carpet cleaning using bonnet and extraction methods
• Scrub, strip, seal, wax, and spray buff hard surface floors
• Operate and maintain equipment, including:
  • High and low speed buffers up to 24 inches
  • 3000 RPM propane burnishing machines
  • Water extraction and carpet cleaning equipment
• Follow safety protocols for cleaning and equipment use
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior floor technician experience is a plus

Skills

• Reliable and team-oriented
• Able to work efficiently with minimal supervision

Physical Requirements

• Lift and carry up to 70 pounds
• Work collaboratively and adapt to physical demands
