What You'll Do

• Perform routine floor care, including sweeping, mopping, buffing, stripping, waxing, and polishing floors
• Operate and maintain floor care equipment safely and effectively
• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of hallways, resident rooms, common areas, and other facility spaces
• Follow established cleaning schedules and floor maintenance procedures
• Ensure all work is completed in accordance with infection control standards and safety regulations
• Report equipment issues or maintenance needs to the Environmental Services Director
• Assist with special cleaning projects as assigned
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents, visitors, and staff

Who We're Looking For

• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred
• Previous floor care or environmental services experience is preferred but not required
• Knowledge of floor care equipment and cleaning techniques is a plus
• A strong attention to detail
• A dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
• A positive attitude with a strong work ethic
• The ability to lift, bend, stand, and perform physical tasks throughout the workday
