Floor Technician

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Floor Technician to join TriStar Hendersonville Medical Center, part of HCA Healthcare. This position values your passion for creating positive patient interactions.

Responsibilities

• Care for all resilient flooring and carpet throughout the hospital
• Perform general Hospitality Associate, Environmental Services duties when needed
• Handle chemicals properly and follow infection control policies
• Clean and maintain flooring in various areas to a high standard
• Promote consistent, positive patient interactions
• Achieve resource efficiency by using supplies as recommended
• Support strategies to enhance the patient experience

Requirements

• 1+ years’ experience in resilient floor care preferred
• Organizational, verbal, interpersonal, and customer relations skills required
• Floor Tech Certificate preferred
