Floor Technician

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Floor Technician to join our team at Fountains at Mill Cove. As a Floor Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our facility, promoting a positive and welcoming environment for our residents and staff.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain the floors, corridors, and common areas of the facility
• Operate and maintain various cleaning equipment and machinery
• Restock supplies and materials as needed
• Collaborate with the housekeeping team to ensure a clean and organized facility
• Auxiliary with special projects and events as needed
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents and staff
• Participate in ongoing training and education to improve skills and knowledge

Requirements

• Prior experience preferred (training provided)
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
