Floor Technician

About the role

We are currently seeking a Floor Technician to join our team. This position works 7am - 3:30 pm (including every other weekend).

Responsibilities

• Perform floor maintenance duties in assigned areas.
• Visually evaluate the cleanliness of the community.
• Assist with set up of furniture for special functions and activities within the community.

Requirements

• Must be able to work every other weekend.
• Capable of standing and walking throughout the day.
• Pleasant personality and patience exhibited while interacting with residents, guests and team members.
• Able to understand and follow oral and printed instructions.
• Able to do repeated bending, pushing, pulling, stooping movements and lift or carry a minimum of 40 lbs.

Schedule

This position works 7:00AM - 3:30PM with rotating weekends.
