Duties
- Utilizing Wet and Dry methods of carpet cleaning
- Bonnet Cleaning
- Strip, Scrub, Wax and Buff VCT Floors
- Scrub, Wax and Buff Concrete
- Pick up supplies as needed for each floor job.
- Communicate any issues; recommend floor care maintenance plans
- Tile and Grout Cleaning
Requirements
- Be able to prep and perform floor care
- Have a clean driving record, pass a background check and be clean in appearance
- Be able to lift supplies or equipment in excess of 50lbs
- Have previous floor cleaning experience of at least 1 year
- Be able to kneel, bend, squat, & operate floor machines
- Have good attention to detail
- Have pride in their work
- Be able to work weekends
