Responsibilities

• Perform daily project assignments along with daily cleaning and maintenance of hard floors and carpets throughout the facility consistent with organization standards.
• Strip and refinish floors.
• Dispose of bio-medical and hazardous waste as regulated.
• Perform duties in a manner that consistently delivers exceptional service to patients, guests, and others.

This position is exposed to hazardous materials and a variety of infectious diseases.

Requirements

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent training/experience.
• Floor care experience preferred; previous environmental services experience desired.
• Ability to communicate effectively in the English language.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with continuous exposure to cleaning agents and dust.
• Minimum of 1-year floor care experience, including waxing, stripping, and buffering.

Pay

Estimated pay range for this position is $16.00 - $17.84 per hour, depending on experience.
