Floor Technician 1, Environmental Services, $2000 Bonus, FT, 2:30P - 11P

Responsibilities

• Perform daily project assignments along with daily cleaning and maintenance of hard floor and carpets throughout the facility that is consistent with organization standards.
• Strips and refinishes floors.
• Dispose of bio-medical and hazardous waste as regulated.
• Perform the above in a manner that consistently delivers exceptional service to patients, guests and others.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, Certificate of attendance, GED, or equivalent.
• Floor care experience preferred.
• Previous environmental services experience desired.
• Ability to communicate effectively in the English language.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with continuous exposure to cleaning agents and dust.

Pay

The estimated pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.25 / hour depending on experience.
