Floor Tech/Waxer

About the role

This position reports to Area Manager. The Following Screenings Are Required: Criminal Background Check. The Following Shifts Are Available: Night shift, Third shift.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning tasks to maintain high standards of cleanliness in commercial buildings.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and follow all company policies.
• Communicate effectively with building management and other team members.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
• Operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in commercial cleaning preferred but not required.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Pass a criminal background check.

Skills

• Excellent communication skills.
• Physical stamina and strength.
• Knowledge of cleaning supplies and equipment.
