About the role
Mercantile Building Maintenance is a full-service, family-owned and operated commercial cleaning company. As a woman-owned business, we are certified by the Women's Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC) and the Supplier Clearinghouse.
Responsibilities
- Perform daily cleaning tasks to maintain high standards of cleanliness in commercial buildings.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and follow all company policies.
- Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues to ensure satisfaction and address any issues promptly.
- Assist in training new team members and supporting the overall operations of the department.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in commercial cleaning preferred but not required.
- Ability to work flexible hours including day, night, and third shifts.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Qualifications
- Pass a criminal background check.
- Pass a motor vehicle screening.
