Floor Tech (Houston)

Cleaning Duties

• Cleans and polishes lighting fixtures, marble surfaces, and trim.
• Cleans rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, locker rooms, and other work areas.
• Sweeps floor.
• Vacuums rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture and draperies.
• Dusts furniture and equipment.
• Polishes metalwork.
• Washes walls, ceiling, and woodwork.
• Washes windows, door panels, and sills.
• Empties wastebaskets; and empties and cleans ashtrays.
• Transports trash and waste to disposal area.
• Replenishes bathroom supplies.

Requirements

• MUST HAVE PRIOR FLOOR WORK experience of safely stripping, scrubbing and recoating of vinyl floors, carpet extracting, pressure washing, automatic scrubbers and other various floor machines.
• MUST HAVE PRIOR CLEANING EXPERIENCE.
• MUST BE FLEXIBLE TO HELP WITH OTHER CLEANING DUTIES AS NEEDED.

Qualifications

• MUST BE ELIGIBLE TO WORK IN THE UNITED STATES.
• MUST BE ABLE TO READ ENGLISH.
• MUST BE ABLE TO PASS A BACKGROUND AND DRIVER LICENSE SCREENING.
• MUST BE OVER 18 YEARS OF AGE.
• MUST HAVE A VALID TEXAS DRIVER LICENSE.
• MUST HAVE A CLEAN DRIVING RECORD.
