Upper Valley Pediatrics is seeking a Pediatric or Family Nurse Practitioner to join our community pediatric practice serving families throughout the Upper Valley region. We welcome both experienced Nurse Practitioners and new graduates interested in growing within a supportive and collaborative environment.
About the role
The Nurse Practitioner will provide comprehensive pediatric care to patients from birth through young adulthood, including preventive care, management of acute and chronic illnesses, behavioral and psychiatric care, and adolescent medicine. This position primarily works in our West Lebanon, New Hampshire clinic, with additional coverage in our Bradford, Vermont clinic location.
Responsibilities
- Comply with all legislation and regulations applicable to practicing medicine
- Conduct physical examinations, tests, and procedures to diagnose patients
- Maintain accurate and timely medical records
- Develop treatment plans and make recommendations for lifestyle changes to improve patients’ quality of life
- Prescribe medications, treatments, or therapies as appropriate
- Explain test results and medical procedures to patients and families
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members regarding specialized patient needs
- Train and mentor nurse practitioner students, medical students, and other healthcare professionals as appropriate

Upper Valley Pediatrics is a designated medical home offering comprehensive medical care from infancy through young adulthood. Our practice specializes in preventive care, complex medical conditions, behavioral and psychiatric disorders, and adolescent medicine. Schedule
- Part-time or full-time opportunity
- Seeking availability for 3 or 4 days per week
- Includes 1 Saturday morning per month
- Primary location: West Lebanon, NH
- Secondary location: Bradford, VT
- Some flexibility regarding schedule and start date for the right candidate

Requirements
- Nurse Practitioner license (required)

Pay
$46,000 – $91,000 annually, depending on schedule and experience
