FLOOR SUPERVISOR – VIDEO GAMING OPERATIONS (PART TIME) / ACTING DROP SUPERVISOR

About the role

This position oversees the operations of the Video Gaming area at Batavia Downs Gaming & Hotel. The successful candidate will manage the floor staff, ensure compliance with all gaming regulations, and provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the Video Gaming area
• Manage and train floor staff
• Ensure compliance with all gaming regulations and hotel policies
• Provide exceptional customer service to patrons
• Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records
• Assist in managing the drop supervisor during acting shifts

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least one year of experience in a supervisory capacity
• Knowledge of gaming laws and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to handle confidential information
• Valid driver’s license

Pay

• Floor Supervisor: $20.32/hour - $21.23/hour
• Drop Supervisor (Acting): $22.35/hour - $23.36/hour

Schedule

• Monday through Thursday: 8am - 1am
• Friday through Sunday: 8am - 3am
