Floor Supervisor - Part-Time

About the Role

We are looking for a passionate Floor Supervisor who can deliver a top‑notch customer experience and rock the sales floor (and the behind‑the‑scenes) while promoting and upholding the standards of our iconic brand, under the guidance of the Store Manager. The role involves driving daily sales goals and supporting the creation of a motivating and inclusive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Energize every customer interaction with a warm, helpful vibe that inspires sales and builds brand love.
• Take ownership of opening and closing the store, driving sales performance, and coaching associates in real‑time.
• Support the management team in delivering an exceptional store experience.
• Stay connected to new campaigns and product launches, promoting the brand vision to customers.
• Process new inventory, restock shelves, and handle cashier duties.
• Maintain a motivating and inclusive team environment.

Requirements

• Friendliness, organization, and excellent time‑management skills.
• Confidence in leading by example, resolving issues on the spot, and supporting daily operations.
• Energy and excitement around brand goals and values.
• Prior retail team‑leader and key‑holder experience.
• Ability to walk, stand, bend, reach, and squat for prolonged periods, and lift up to 20 lb.

Pay

Pay Range: $19.00 – $24.25 per hour. PVH provides base salary ranges based on local requirements and determines individual compensation based on qualifications, geographic location, and relevant skills.
