Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic, service-oriented Restaurant Supervisor to join our team. Responsibilities

• Supervises, trains, monitors and coaches restaurant staff
• Directs and assigns restaurant employees as needed to ensure all aspects of service meet operational standards
• Performs restaurant opening and/or closing duties
• Reinforces a customer service mentality and ensures all employees are focused on serving the customer at all times
• Immediately and respectfully resolves guest requests
• Performs various other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum of High School education
• Minimum of two (2) years in restaurant/bar experience leading shifts without supervision

Qualifications

• Certification in bartending preferred
• Alcohol awareness certification preferred

Pay

Compensation Range $22.00‑$24.00 per hour
