Prepare schedules and reports

• Prepare schedules for the staff
• Complete the work distribution report
• Ensure all sections are covered

Cleaning Duties

• Thoroughly inspect guest rooms and public areas daily
• Ensure they are cleaned according to company standards

Training and Supervision

• Train and supervise all new associates
• Provide on-going training for current staff

Special Requests and VIPs

• Check for early make-ups
• Handle special requests
• Handle VIPs

Lost and Found

• Maintain proper written records for lost and found

Departure Reports

• Run a departure report
• Recheck all rooms showing up in your assigned section

Work Orders and Safety

• Write up work orders for all repairs
• Report any broken door locks or safety hazards to management for immediate attention
