Floor Supervisor Day Shift

Primary Duties And Responsibilities

• Supervises staff in any area of production as directed by the Production Manager
• Help train new employees
• Aid in implementing new procedures created by the Plant Manager
• Hold staff accountable for quality and production standards
• Perform other duties as assigned

Setups And Operations

• Set up and operate machinery following established procedures and policies
• Ensure machinery operates efficiently and effectively to meet productivity standards
• Perform daily inspections before beginning operations
• Follow all safety policies and procedures

Management And Documentation

• Manage required paperwork and records
• Attend all staff meetings, training, and educational classes as required

Physical Demands

• Must be capable of lifting 10-30 lbs frequently
• Must be able to stand most of the day
• Must be able to stoop, turn, bend, reach, push, kneel and pull
• Must be able to wear protective gown and gloves if required

Education, Training And Experience

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience

Salary

$20.00 - $22.00 per hour
