Floor Supervisor

About the role

The Apothecarium is seeking a Full-Time Floor Supervisor to join our dynamic team in Lancaster, PA. This position offers a unique opportunity to provide exceptional customer service and leadership in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients and caregivers with cannabis recommendations
• Manage inventory and ensure compliance with state regulations
• Train new employees on our POS system and ecommerce platform
• Handle cash or card transactions with patients
• Train and mentor new employees
• Provide compassionate and efficient customer service
• Lead the team during peak hours
• Ensure a safe and welcoming environment for all patients

Requirements

• Must meet age requirements by state
• One (1) year of customer service, retail, or related experience preferred
• Cannabis experience a plus
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• One (1) year of supervisory or leadership experience

Qualifications

• Able to stand, walk, sit, reach, twist, turn, bend, squat, and crawl for extended periods
• Able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds occasionally

Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Knowledge of state cannabis regulations
• Customer service and leadership experience

Pay

$20 - $25 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.

Schedule

9am - 8pm, 7 days per week. Nights, weekends, and some holidays required.
