Floor Supervisor

About the role

The Floor Supervisor will have complete oversight of the gaming floor during their assigned shift. This individual will be responsible for monitoring the operations of the floor, ensuring tables are running smoothly without error and providing supervisory support to team members.

Responsibilities

• Maintain team performance and meet KPIs and expectations
• Collaborate with operations to ensure team and operations success
• Manage projects and deadlines
• Supervise, coach, and motivate the team
• Handle time and attendance maintenance of employees
• Manage employee relations, including disciplinary cases

Requirements

• 1 - 2 years of experience as a supervisor or in related field
• Experience as a game presenter or shuffler preferred but not required
• Technically proficient
• High level of organization
• Ability to work flexible hours
