Day In The Life

• Transport, prepare, and control molding sand for further processing using a bucket loader, muller, and conveyor system.
• Carefully prepare assembled sand molds using weights and jackets.
• Employ conveyor system and forklift to transport molds for pouring.
• Remove, screen, and reclaim sand from poured molds using hand tools and bucket loader.
• Palletize and transport castings using forklift for further processing stations on site.

Requirements

• Physically capable: Frequent lifting of 30-100 lb loads, bending, twisting, and standing for long periods.
• Self-disciplined: Follows procedures and reports issues promptly.
• Responsible: Maintains caution and attentiveness at all times.
• Organized: Keeps work areas and equipment clean and in good condition.
• Reliable: Consistently arrives on time and meets performance standards.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting 30+ pounds, bending, twisting, and standing for extended periods.
• Strong communication skills.
• Demonstrates adaptability and a keen attention to detail.
• U.S. citizenship or documented residency.
• At least 18 years old.
