About the role
TeeTime is a sports and entertainment facility featuring an outdoor golf driving range, indoor hitting bays, full dining and bar service, and pickleball courts. We are a fast-paced, guest-focused venue where golf, food, and fun come together.
Responsibilities
- Oversee front-of-the-house operations during assigned shifts, including dining, bar, golf bays, and pickleball areas
- Supervise and coach floor staff and bartenders during each shift
- Manage bar operations, including inventory checks, pour standards, and responsible alcohol service
- Cookout with kitchen staff to ensure timely, accurate food service and resolve service issues
- Handle guest concerns promptly and professionally
- Open and/or close the facility according to checklist procedures, including cash handling, POS reconciliation, and securing the building
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of dining areas, bar, golf bays, and outdoor spaces
- Train new floor and bar staff on service standards and procedures
- Communicate nightly shift notes and issues to ownership and the incoming Floor Manager
- Step in on the floor or behind the bar as needed during high-volume periods
Requirements
- Prior restaurant floor management experience required
- Bartending experience required
- General knowledge of kitchen operations and back-of-the-house workflow
- Strong leadership and conflict-resolution skills
- Comfortable handling cash management and POS systems
- Able to stand and walk for extended periods and work in an indoor/outdoor environment
- Must be able to lift up to 30–40 lbs. as needed
- TIPS certification (or willingness to obtain) preferred
- Must be 21 years of age or older (per alcohol service requirements)
