What You'll Do
- Oversight of designated floor shifts focusing on timing, pace, and guest experience
- Execution of bartending shifts to high standards, serving as a model for other bartenders
- Aid in training new hires and provide real-time feedback
- Ensure front-of-house and guest-facing areas meet Barcade's quality and brand standards through daily walkthroughs
- Support the Games Program by testing and maintaining arcade games on designated shifts
What You'll Need To Succeed
- A minimum of 2+ years of bartending experience, preferably as a Lead Bartender or Assistant Manager
- Full-time availability, including late nights, holidays, and weekends
- Solid knowledge of craft beer styles, service standards, and storage
- Ability to learn light game maintenance or repairs (training provided)
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- TIPS and CBS certification within 90 days (or already certified)
